One of the most anticipated openings is Chatham Greens and Rotisserie, located in the former Cumberland Farms Gas Station. With seating for 101 guests (45 inside and 56 outside), this new eatery promises a delightful dining experience. Operated by the team behind Pates and The Chatham Cut, you can expect top-notch food and service. The menu is still under wraps, but with this pedigree, it’s bound to impress.
2. Aplaya Kitchen and Tiki Bar
Aplaya Kitchen and Tiki Bar made waves last summer and is back for more at 483 Main St. in the Chatham Gardens complex behind the Lilly Pulitzer Store. Owned by Pelinda and Tom Deegan of Mom and Pops Burgers fame, this outdoor restaurant features delicious Filipino cuisine and tiki-style cocktails. This year, enjoy local artist performances, adding a unique twist to your dining experience.
3. Pain d’Avignon
Chatham welcomes Pain d’Avignon to 69 Crowell Road, the former home of EmmaBelle’s Café. This beloved French café and boulangerie offers a retail bakery, café, specialty coffee, croissants, and a delectable selection of grab-and-go pastries. 4. Liberty Artisanal Breads
Liberty Artisanal Breads brings their renowned breads and pastries to a permanent location at 1223 Main Street. Located next to Cape Shark and across from The Chatham Cut, this bakery has been a favorite at the Chatham Farmers Market. Now, you can indulge in their artisanal delights anytime.
5. Elwood’s Raw Bars
Elwood’s Raw Bars it’s a go-to spot for seafood lovers. Known for catering raw bars at events, Elwood’s offers a permanent location at 309 Orleans Road in the North Chatham Plaza for you to enjoy the freshest seafood. This new addition is located next to Chatham Perk, making it a perfect stop for a casual yet delicious meal.

1. Three Fins Coffee Roasting
Taking over the former Chatham Swim Club at 251 Crowell Road, Three Fins Coffee Roasting is set to become a coffee lover’s paradise. Although it might take a while before it opens due to ongoing renovations, the promise of fresh-roasted coffee and a cozy café atmosphere is worth the wait.
2. The CÆP
Visit The CÆP at 894 Main Street near Del Mar for innovative hands-free phone-wear solutions. Founded by Corinna, a German native this store offers practical and stylish accessories to keep your phone secure and accessible.

Chatham Harbor Tours
Chatham Harbor Tours offers daily departures from the Fish Pier. These tours are a fantastic way to experience Chatham from the water, providing a unique perspective on the town’s beauty. The boat accommodates up to 14 passengers, with private charters available. Don’t miss the chance to see the local seal population up close!
